1- We are not an escort agency nor do we hire escorts or similar types of girls. Our Hostesses and Dancers are like partners for social events and night outs. You must be 21 years old to go with our members to night clubs as Dancing Diva unless you are you are going to a private party. No liquor drinking allowed if you are not at least 21 years old.
2- There is no touching and no vulgar conversations permitted. Any illegal activity or solicitation is subject to prosecution by the local authorities. It is your obligation to obey all local laws. If the male member suggests some thing illegal; politely excuse yourself and leave. That male member will be black listed from our site.
3- As a company policy, please note that if you are in the database; and once a confirmed booking is sent to you with date, time and place you have one hour to respond. Yes or NO.
4- You cannot exchange numbers or contact information including Face book or My space IDs. If the member offers his business card; you can tell him that it is against our company policy to obtain information from members. If the member insists to get your contact information; politely decline that it is against the company’s policy.
5- If you say YES for a booking; then you can only cancel with 72 hours from the time of appointment. If there is NO show or cancellation after the 72 hours; then we will remove you from our database; unless you substitute us an already registered Dancing Diva.
6- If the member wants to re – book you; they must contact DanceDateUSA. (DDUSA)
7- Also we need to know how much open you are for travelling out of state and out of country and for how long can stay out from your home base.
8- If you are out with the member; you cannot ignore him and start socializing with other people at an event or wherever you are with the member.
9- You cannot leave the club or the event location to go to any hotel or member’s house.
10- After the evening is over; you must email or text message a small feedback about the member for future reference.
11- If in the first ten minutes you feel uncomfortable please call the main office at 1-800-959-3921 and notify us and we will try to send a substitute.
12- As a company policy, please note that if you are in the database; and once a confirmed booking is sent to you with date, time and place you have one hour to respond. Yes or NO. If no answer is given in one hour it would mean that you are not available and we will book another Dancing Diva. If you say YES for a booking; then you can only cancel with 72 hours from the time of appointment. If there is NO show or cancellation after the 72 hours; then we will remove you from our database; unless you send us an already registered Dancing Diva as replacement. In some cases where a diplomat or ambassador of foreign country needs Dancing Diva to go out; then the hourly rate could be determined at higher hourly rate at the sole discretion by DDUSA plus of course free pick up in a Limo and dinner at the finest DC restaurant
13- Hostesses get paid $ 15-20 per hour and the Dancing Divas get paid $ 20- 35 per hour depending upon the city/state and ratings of Dancing Divas. Dancing Divas who have been with DDUSA for a longer period and have high ratings and good feedback from members are paid higher compare to new comers who start at $ 20 per hour and then up graded to higher pay scale after positive feedback and higher ratings. The fee is paid in the end of the evening in cash by the member. Your time starts at the time you arrive at the meeting place and your time ends when you leave. If the member is picking you up from your house or from a metro; the time would start when you reach the final venue of meeting. Member pays you in cash at the time you are ready to leave. If for any reason member refuses to pay; DDUSA will pay you at the above rate and the member will be banned and black listed from the site to ever contact us. Minimum is 2 hours and the evening could last between 2-5 hours. Once you are established in your home base area you will have 100 plus DDUSA fully scrutinize male members regularly booking you for decent weekly income.
14- For special event as long week ends or cruise trip or travel tours with the members; new fee is determined and agreed upon before the departure. Which includes all travel expenses plus a daily fee paid to you.
15- Male members pay us a nominal monthly fee; we do not keep any percentage of the hourly fee paid to the hostess or to the dance partner. The fee is paid to you in full directly by the member in cash at the time when the evening ends.
16- You must not be late more than 15 minutes at the place of your meeting time. Also you must notify DDUSA that you are coming late. A no show or late by more than 15 minutes will black list you from our web site.
Similarly you must wait 15 minutes extra so that the Member can make it if he late to the appointment. You must not leave the meeting place without getting OK from DDUSA.
17- Be cordial and social and interact in some intelligent conversations.
18- The member pays for your dinner and drinks. If the member offers cab fare you can accept it. If the member offers a ride back home; check with the main office before accepting the ride.
19- If the member wants to dance after the dinner; be courteous and dance with pleasure.
20- If we get negative feedback we will remove you from the database. But if the male member makes unwanted gestures or suggestions; please call DDUSA immediately and excuse yourself and leave the meeting. We will black list the male member also if you provide us honest feedback.
